Regent Seven Seas Cruises is very focused on limiting waste which is evident by their commitment to use Vero still and sparkling water instead of disposable water bottles on each ship in order to eliminate approximately 2 million plastic bottles annually(!!). In fact there are more than 200 gourmet plant-based options offered on each cruise ship.
